Helpdesk portal - how to

To submit a ticket or view your tickets, please log in using your IIMCB e-mail credentials: 



Once logged in, you will see IT knowledge base at first screen. 




Navigate to ticket section to manage your tickets.




You can submit a ticket here.




Once submitted, all details can be reviewed here. All actions taken by assigned IT member will be shown here on the right hand side.



Once resolved - it will change to "closed" status. You can find all your closed tickets under "closed" tickets section.
